If you are not satisfied with a member's service or business practices and you feel that they might be in breach of the REC Code of Good Recruitment Practice please put your complaint in writing to: The Professional Standards Manager Complaints will be investigated under the REC Complaints and Disciplinary Procedure. If the complaint is not resolved to either of the parties' satisfaction, then it may be referred to the REC Professional Standards Committee for consideration and possible disciplinary action. The Committee is composed of industry experts and external representatives from the CBI and TUC to ensure impartiality. Please note that it is not within the REC's remit to decide legal disputes between members, however we do operate an independent arbitration services and details can be obtained upon request. |
