Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC)
The Recruitment & Employment Confederation is the body representing the private recruitment industry in the UK.

The REC promotes:

	High standards - members adhere to a strict Code of Practice
	Adherence to all relevant Legislation
	Professional Development through specialist recruitment training, qualifications and events

Jet South Liverpool Ltd. became a corporate member of the REC in 2003 having committed to the REC Code of Good Practice. REC members are focused on enhancing the status and profile of membership and our profession.

The private recruitment industry in the UK is worth some £24 billion, with over 6,000 recruitment agencies and over 8,000 recruitment consultants in REC membership.

The REC Code of Good Recruitment Practice has also been created in consultation with industry stakeholders to ensure that all members of the REC conduct their business ethically and to the highest standards and to promote good practice within REC membership. When dealing with an REC member you should be assured of adherence to that Code at all times.
