Littlewoods' New Home Shopping Headquarters
Work is under way to complete the £29m construction of the new Littlewoods home shopping headquarters in Speke Halewood and the development's project managers are confident the job will be completed in just 40 weeks.

Littlewoods is moving out of its central Liverpool site in Old Hall Street and into the former airport complex and Estuary Commerce Park at Speke.

The 115,000 sq ft former aircraft hangar is being converted into a three-storey facility to house buyers, merchandisers, IT, finance and other head office functions. Another 75,000 sq ft of space is also constructed next to the hangar.

The design of the new buildings will be more suited to the operations of a large home shopping business than the city centre location.

The JET team have already met with managers from Littlewoods to offer advice and support during the transfer of staff and to explain the recruitment services they can offer.
