Financial Support for People in South Liverpool Liverpool City Council's Neighbourhood Renewal Fund supports a project that is intended to help increase the number of local residents accessing employment. The project can pay for training courses, essential tools or equipment (e.g. safety shoes), interview clothes or a travel pass. To be eligible applicants must be resident in Speke, Garston or Belle Vale and must have evidence that the support they are asking for can lead to a job (e.g. a letter from an employer).
