South Liverpool Customer Service Awards 2004
The closing date for nominations for the first South Liverpool Customer Service Awards has now passed and the response has been tremendous with a large number of nominations being made for each of the 12 categories.

As you can imagine, the short-listing panel has had a difficult time deciding on a shortlist, with nominations being made from every area of the industry and the awareness of the importance of excellent customer service growing all the time amongst South Liverpool's businesses.

If your nomination did not make it to the shortlist, it should be noted that Liverpool was recently awarded the accolade of 'Friendliest City in the UK', in addition to European Capital of Culture 2008, and this is due in no small part to all the nominees who are the 'face' of Liverpool. JET South Liverpool and South Liverpool Partnership recognise and would like to thank everyone for their contribution.
